Thai Chicken Pizzas

If you love Thai flavors, you will love these. They are great as a dinner, but would be fabulous as an appetizer at a party! We have also made this as one large pizza for the two of us. 
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
3 Tbsp. Bangkok Padang peanut sauce (made by House of Tsang)
4 (6 inch) pitas (or one whole pizza crust)
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 cup shredded carrot 
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzerella

1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Saute the chicken until cooked through. 
3.Combine the first 2 ingredients to make the sauce. Spread 2 Tbsp. sauce on each pita.
4. Top each pita with cheese, chicken, carrot, bean sprouts, green onions and cilantro.
5. Bake for 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

TIP: Using a pizza pan makes for a more crispy crust
