Steak and Blue Cheese Salad

This is my go-to lunch when we have leftovers from the steaks and wedge salads that we have for many Sunday dinners. 1 heart of Romaine lettuce, chopped
leftover steak, chopped (we love NY strips, so this is usually what I use) 
grape tomatoes, cut in half (as many as you like)
2 Tbsp. blue cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons of your favorite Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing

1. Add lettuce to a large bowl. Top with the steak, tomatoes, blue cheese and dressing.

Makes 1 serving of salad.
