Steak and Blue Cheese Salad

Since I'm doing WW again, when I recently made some NY Strip steaks for dinner, I was limited to only eating about half...which was okay, because I got to create this yummy salad from the leftovers (we also had lettuce wedge salads). 1 heart of Romaine lettuce, chopped
2 oz. steak (any kind)
grape tomatoes, cut in half (as many as you like)
1 Tbsp. blue cheese, crumbled

Dressing
1/2 c. low fat buttermilk
3 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
2 Tbsp. light sour cream
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.

To make the salad:
1. Add lettuce to a large serving bowl. Top with the steak, tomatoes, and blue cheese.
2. Top with 3 oz. of the dressing (I had mine in a Pyrex measuring cup which helped with the measuring).

Makes 1 serving of salad.
