1 (1 lb.) lean flank steak
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper (or a good fajita seasoning, like Penzey's)
1 bell pepper, cut into stips
1 medium red onion, sliced
4 small Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas
1. Combine the steak, Worchestershire, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a large Ziploc bag (or your Food Saver marinator). Marinate for 30 minutes or more.
2. Heat a non stick grill pan over med-hi heat. Season the steak with the seasonings and add to the pan. Cook for 4-6 minutes on each side along with the peppers and onions. Remove from the grill or pan and let sit for 4 min to rest. Slice against the grain and top each tortilla with 2 oz. of steak and the veggies.
Serves 4. 1 serving=2 fajitas
